We operate in both outdoor and large indoor venues with appropriate ceiling clearance (20ft+). We assess each venue in advance to ensure safe, spectacular results.
Absolutely. We maintain strict safety distances, use propeller guards, and follow all FAA regulations. Guest safety is our first priority on every flight.
Yes — depending on your event location, FAA airspace authorization may be required. This process can take up to 90 days, which is why early booking is critical. We handle all permitting and authorization on your behalf. You don't have to lift a finger (pun intended).
Safety always comes first. If weather conditions at your event location are unsafe for flight (high winds, rain, lightning), we will coordinate a reschedule at no penalty to you. We monitor forecasts closely and communicate proactively so there are no surprises.
We use a professional DNP dye-sublimation printer — the same technology used by photo labs. Prints are water-resistant, vibrant, and archive-quality.
We recommend booking at least 90 days in advance to allow time for FAA airspace authorization at your location. Last-minute bookings are accommodated when airspace permits.
